FAQs
How many invitations should I order?
We recommend you start by listing your guests in a document or spreadsheet - this will allow you to get a grasp of the number of guests/organise correct names and make it a lot easier when it comes to fill out details for menus, seating charts and other stationery.
Occasionally couples will order a few extra to allow for forgotten guests or last minute additions.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard turn around time is 2-3 weeks to design and deliver your stationery, however this is also dependant on the number of changes you would like to make as well as your print method of choice and delivery location.
Should I order all of my stationery at the same time?
We recommend that you order your stationery in the following time frames for the most efficient experience:
- Save the dates cards: We recommend that you order your Save the Dates as soon as you have booked your venue and have your date confirmed - this will allow your guests to plan ahead and ensure they can make it to your special day.
- Invitations, RSVPs and Details: these should be mailed to your guests at least 3 months prior to the wedding. This will allow your guests time to respond to your RSVP (your RSVP date should be at least 1 month prior to the event date, to ensure you have enough time to organise any on the day stationery).
- On the Day stationery: This encompasses your Menus, Seating Chart, Welcome Sign. These will not be able to be finalised until your RSVP date has passed and your guest list confirmed. These would be ordered last, but should be ordered about a month prior to your event to allow for printing and delivery and last minute changes.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, if you require extra assistance making a decision, or would like to discuss anything further, please contact us to discuss via email or arrange a time to chat on the phone.
Can I see a mock up of my design before I place an order?
We understand that you may be eager to see how your content and wording will fit within our collection designs, however we do not offer digital proofs until your order has been placed and we have reached the design stage.
Design and layout options are fixed and used to guide each design. However, in respect of individual content and wording, our process is flexible and all our typography is carefully placed and thoughtfully designed to ensure each piece of stationery is perfect.
